Special Power of Attorney

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, XXX, one of the legal heirs of Spouses Victoriano and


Eugenia of legal ages, married, __________ citizen, and with
residence at _____________________________________, have made,
constituted, and appointed YYY, likewise of legal age, Filipino
citizen, and a resident of
____________________________________________, as my true and
lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead,
to perform the following acts:

1. To appear, sign, process and receive the necessary


documents needed for the transfer of my properties which
are covered by Tax Declarations No. _________________, with
the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other proper
government agency and/or offices;

2. To execute, sign, deliver, and follow-up documents and


processes, other papers and/or money to effect with this
power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above
described authority to any of the government agencies;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney in


fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we
might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue thereof.
