 Major Updates: Major updates include significant updates in modules or functionalities of

the Software and are recommended to all the users.

The ZKBio Access IVS Mobile APP is the mobile client for ZKBio Access IVS new version. There are
two types of user accounts, Administrator and Employee.

While logging in as an administrator, it is very convenient for users to add personnel, control the
doors and view the reports etc.

It allows employees to user Mobile Credentials to open doors when logging in App with their
accounts.

3. Platform Features Upgrade

For data export, user password is required for the security verification purpose in the system. Data
export includes all kinds of reports, personnel information and so on.

On the Export interface, user can choose whether to “Encrypt or Not” by clicking on “Yes” or “No”.
By clicking on Yes, a user is allowed to encrypt the export data file.

2. Video Intercom

The new version supports the access control device SpeedFace-V5L with video intercom. Since the
software supports the video intercom function, the video intercom call record report is newly
added.

Once the device is added and the software is logged-in, incoming video calls from the visual
intercom device will automatically appear on the screen, allowing you to accept or reject the call.
Meanwhile, users can remotely open the door, and use the video and voice intercom functions.

1. Software Language

The new software supports Japanese language as well. It allows users to switch among 13
languages. Enter the login credentials and select the required language from the drop-down list.

2. Register Palm through PV10R

Our software allows PV10R to scan and capture the palm and vein templates.

 PV10R is a touchless scanner for capturing palm and vein templates.

 ZKBio Access IVS allows user using PV10R to scan and register employee’s Palm data easily.

 On the Personnel module, click New >Access Control> Palm/Vein Registration to register
and then click OK to save and update.

3. Sending Automatic Temperature Reports

This newly added function allows the user to configure sending the exported Temperature Raw
Record, Individual Temperature Record, Abnormal Temperature Record to the selected email
accounts on time.

 On the Temperature Management module, click Temperature Management > Automatic

Report, and then select the Report Type (Temperature Raw Record or Individual Temperature
Record or Abnormal Temperature Record) from the drop-down list.

 After selecting the required report details, configure the Mail Delivery Time Setting and the
Mail Setting displayed on the right of the Edit window, and then click OK to save and update
the changes.

 Real-Time Monitoring

Real-time monitoring provides a very clear visualizing interface for the user to detect all the
staff or stranger's body temperature and masks who have a verification record on the thermal
detection devices.

 Statistic Panel

Statistic panel helps the user to view the body temperature of all the staffs. It allows the
Administrator to check every day’s statistics, weekly and monthly statistics.

 Various analysis reports include [Temperature Raw Record], [Individual Temperature

Record Reports] and [Abnormal Temperature Record] that helps the user to check the
individual temperature record by date, and know the employee's daily body temperature,
filter the abnormal temperature quickly.

 Alarm Confirmation Management

Allows the user to confirm alarm details by checking the captured photo, previewing video, or
checking video records. Users can acknowledge the alarms with remarks and send the
notifications.

 Personnel Track Trace

According to the time sequence, the Personnel photos captured by the different cameras will
be displayed on the 2D maps to simulate personnel tracking.

Allows the user to configure smart video camera events such as Motion Detection, Cross Line

5. System security improvements

 The default PostgreSQL database supports password change.

 The Password needs to be modified on the first login.

 Supports setting the security parameters including Login verification code/ default Password
strength/ number of acceptable login fails and account locking duration/ Password validity (in
days)/ Password modification.

6. Change of Trial rules

 Increase in trail period points, up to 25 access points/15 attendance points/16 VMS points.

 Trial period is extended to 60 days.

7. Optimized License Activation guide helps the users to activate the license conveniently.

8. Access control module

 Added I/O board set, supports expansion board equipment which is used with the Controller.

selection and operation.

New Features and Improvements

1. Multi-language real time switching support.

Convenient for different native speakers to select the corresponding language to operate the
software. The software currently supports real-time switching in 7 languages including English,
Spanish, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Note: Only after the installation is completed, the software supports switching to Simplified
Chinese.

2. Supports Temporary staff self-service scanning QR code registration function.

Temporary personnel can use the mobile phone to scan the QR code to register personnel
information, and it also supports uploading their own user photos for visible light facial
recognition devices for attendance or door opening.

3. Supports HTTPS protocol for data security, avoiding the risk of information disclosure and reducing
the probability of a website being hacked.
