Thank you for purchasing a Kontakt Player Library from Best Service.

The following instructions are intended to help


you install and activate your library.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION

To download your product, first log in to your Best Service account.


The Click here for Instructions and Downloads button will reveal all downloads for that specific product.
Please download the Best Service Download Utility, which can be found in your product downloads under the
Content section, and run it.

Copy the download code located


in the Content section and paste it
into the Download Utility.

Now click on the Download


button.

In the next step, you can change the predefined folders for the download as well as the content location.
Ideally you would place your Kontakt Player Library on a dedicated hard drive. If your computer however only
has one drive, we recommend placing the library here:

MAC: users/shared WIN: users\public

Click on Start to initiate the download and installation process.


NATIVE ACCESS AND KONTAKT PLAYER INSTALLATION

If you already installed Native Access and Kontakt / Kontakt Player on your
machine you can skip the next step.

Native Access can be downloaded as part of the product downloads directly


from your Best Service account. After you have completed the installation and
logged in to Native Access, go to the „Available“ section where you can find and
install the latest Kontakt Player.

Add a library to Native Access (2 or newer) and herewith to Kontakt Player

Please launch Native Access and log in with your


Native Instruments login data.

If you don't have a NATIVE ID yet, you can create one by clicking
"Sign up now" below the LOGIN button.

To add a new product to your Native Instruments account, click on


"Add Serial" in the lower left corner.

In the input field that appears, please enter your serial number and then
click on "ADD SERIAL".
After the serial number has been successfully registered, a window will open. Now please click on "Locate" and
select the previously installed library folder on your hard disk in the following window. Please click on "Confirm".

Complete installation

If everything has been done correctly, the library will be marked as "installed" and the library can now be used in
Kontakt Player.
