Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee process quality assurance in the press shop and oil tank assembly line, reporting
directly to the Quality Head.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for rework and rejection issues on the production
line, and display one-point lessons or quality alerts in the relevant areas.
• Utilize Kai zen, Poka Yoke, and 7QC tools to minimize nonconformity..
• Manage the customer complaint register and prepare 8D reports with action plans for customer
