THE COPYRIGHT ACT, 1957

We, (name), having registered office at (Regd office), through ( ) do hereby retain,
constitute and appoint (Advocate) of (Advocate's Address), for securing from the
Government of India for the term provided in the said Act, in respect various
artistic/literary/musical works and/or sound recordings and attending all the proceedings
which come under the Copyright Act, 1957.

We also authorize any of the above-named Attorneys to sign such papers and writings and
do such acts as may be necessary or expedient for the above purpose and also to appoint
substitute(s) as may be necessary or expedient, and request that all office communications
relating to the same may be addressed to the said Attorney at (Advocate's Address), till
further notice.

We hereby ratify and confirm the action already taken by the said person(s) by virtue of this

authorization. We hereby revoke all previous authorizations, if any. Dated:
