Abstract:
In the era of digital health, conversational agents, or chatbots, have emerged as promising tools to
revolutionize healthcare delivery. This paper introduces MedBot, an innovative conversational agent
designed to provide personalized healthcare assistance. Leveraging natural language processing and
machine learning techniques, MedBot engages in natural language conversations with users to offer a wide
range of healthcare services, including symptom assessment, medical advice, medication reminders, and
lifestyle recommendations.
