Comparison Between Marshall Properties of Warm Mix Asphalt Using Zycotherm and Hot Mix
Asphalt (1 year)

Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) is prepared by using chemical Additive “Zycotherm” at dosage Quantity of 0.1%
by the weight of bitumen binder in the mix. Study focus on the Marshall stability and physical properties of
WMA and HMA. Tests have been performed on two layers namely, Dense Bitumen Macadam (DBM) Grade
II with reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) of 10% and surface layer Bituminous Concrete (BC) Grade II.
Various tests have been also performed on aggregate and bitumen to check the strength and stability. And
optimum percentage of design bitumen content on both layers have been determined. It has been concluded
that the reduction in cost of construction, raw material used in construction and time duration of manufacturing
the mixture. Thus, also help in reducing the mining pollution.

IPEC Ghaziabad (B.Tech.)

Underground parking design using STAAD. Pro (1 year)


Project aim to build an underground parking for college campus, in order to cater the requirement of parking
facility. Which become quite necessary due to demolition of outdoor parking facilities of college campus. For
the detailed work of the project involve surveying the campus, finalizing the location and build an efficient
and simple layout of the parking inside the campus. For this analysis has been done using STAAD. Pro
software. A frame model of the structure is prepared and all concerned load is applied & at last design and
detailing the reinforcement used in structure also determined.

• 3rd party structural health monitoring of outer wall of Akshay vat area (Sangam Prayagraj) using NDT
techniques by Rebound Hammer, UPV.
• 3rd party structural assessment of swimming pool of Rewa Sainik School using Destructive as well
as Non-Destructive technique by Rebound Hammer, UPV, Micro Cover Meter & concrete core of
horizontal and vertical surface of swimming pool.
• Freelancing in architectural and structural planning of residential houses(G+1).

2015 to 2017 (During M. Tech.)


• 3rd party quality check on flexible pavement in Jaipur Rajasthan using Benkelman Beam Deflection
method.
• 3rd party quality check of flexible pavement on National Highway NH71 between Rewari to Rohtak
using Benkelman Beam Deflection method, traffic count of 24 hrs., Bump Integrator.
• 3rd party quality check of flexible pavement of RIICO industrial area by traffic count of 24 hrs.,
Benkelman Beam Deflection method, destructive testing on core of flexible pavement.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Limca book of Records: Constructed 14.30m Cable Stayed paper bridge (Harp type) “Santulan Setu”
using prestressed method & it was team effort.
• Talent Search Institute (TSI) Math Olympiad, secured 106th rank with bronze medal held on 18-10-
2008.
GATE: Qualify GATE 2015 with GATE score 487 and secured 4118 All India Rank.
