MBAFT-6101: ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR
Course Objectives:
The objective of the course is to help students develop an understanding of the
basic
management concepts and behavioural processes in organizations which are important
for them
to adapt to the changing corporate environment.
Course Learning Outcomes:
1. Understanding the concept of organizational behavior
2. Developing an understanding of managerial functions, skills and roles
3. Strengthening the foundations of individual behavior with an understanding of

personality, perception, learning and emotions
