Practical Training at work


You will receive training in all aspects of UK Accounting for half a day from 1:00 pm to
6:00 pm.

6. ACCA Exams
It is agreed that you will undertake any ACCA exams only after 6 months from the date
of joining the organization. For this purpose, you will be granted 1 week of paid study
leave (5 working days including the days of the exam). Thereafter, you may undertake
ACCA exams every six months in consultation with the Management for the benefit of
your peers. This is to ensure minimum disruption at work.

However, if you wish to take any ACCA exams before the agreed period, you may do so
without any study leave and during the weekends. The Management shall not grant any
special permissions or study leave for this purpose.

7. PER / Training Records


As we are an ACCA Approved Employer – Trainee Development, Platinum, you will
NOT be required to document any Performance Objectives achieved while in
employment with us. You can claim a Performance Objective exemption.

The ACCA Students shall discuss their PER records periodically (monthly / quarterly)
with HR/PES to encourage learning. All PER records will be verified and duly signed off
by the Practical Experience Supervisor - Bala, FCA (Institute of England and Wales,
UK).

We encourage ACCA Students to update their PER records from time to time (monthly
/ quarterly). The Management is serious about imparting the right kind of training to all
the trainees, learning from the mistakes and will not entertain any procrastination
regarding completion of the PER records on time. Enloaded records verification and sign
off regarding PER by Affiliates shall not be entertained by the PES.

The PER shall be approved and duly signed off at the end of the agreed tenure with
company.

8. Exit Policy
If you wish to leave the Student Program before the completion of the agreed term of
two years, you will be required to repay one month’s salary to the Company as a penalty.
Also, the Company shall not be responsible for fulfilling any of the exit formalities such
as Relieving Letter, Experience Letter, or the PER.

9. Ethics and Professionalism awareness


Ethics and professionalism at the workplace at BSKC are considered of utmost
importance. Staff must always abide by the fundamental principles of Integrity,
Objectivity, Professional Competence and Due Care, Confidentiality and Professional
Behaviour.

10. Notice of Termination


The Company reserves the right to terminate the services of any employee at any time
in case of gross misconduct such as unprofessional behaviour, theft, fraud,
violence or unlawful damage to company property or any other reason which may
deem the employee to be unfit for employment. Such termination of services is
applicable without prior notice.

11. Medical

Your appointment is subject to your being medically fit. Also, you are liable for periodical
check-up as required by the Company from time to time and in case you are declared
medically unfit at any time by the Company’s Doctor, you are liable to be discharged
forthwith from the services of the Company.

12. Other terms and conditions


a) You will not disclose any information relating to the Company or its associates to any
unauthorized person, firm or company or any other agency whatsoever either during the
currency of your employment with the company or after its termination. Similarly, you
will also keep the information relating to your payroll strictly confidential.

b) During the period of your employment with the company, you will devote your full-time
attention to the company’s business and you shall not supplement the remuneration to
which you are entitled by virtue of your services with this company by professional
practice, part-time employment, specialized advice, and participate in public and political
meetings, indulge in any other activities which is prejudicial to the interest of the
company, etc.

c) You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of
all the company property, which may be in your use, custody, and charge.

d) You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address and civic status.

e) You will be eligible for leave and other benefits as applicable.

f) You will be governed by the rules and regulations of the company that are in force from
time to time.

g) This appointment is based on the information furnished by you in your application form
and if at any time a material error is discovered, your services are liable to be terminated
without notice.

I accept the above terms and conditions outlined in this Letter of Appointment.
