Expanding our presence in North Bengaluru, we are in process of acquiring 20 acres of prime land along the
STRR. Here, we will create a premium farm community that redefines sustainable living, offering both
environmental and economic advantages.
Q3 2024 saw the launch of Central Vista Farms, a 28-acre premium farm community in North Bengaluru.
With a tropical theme, this unique project offers a blend of luxury and nature, and has a revenue potential
of Rs 45 crores.
Q3 2024 marked our entry into the warehousing sector with the acquisition of 8.65 acres on the
Bengaluru-Vijayawada Expressway. This strategically located project will offer 200,000 sq. ft. of Grade A

warehousing space, with a projected annual rental income of $0.8 million.
Q1 and Q2 2025 will see the launch of our newest residential plotted development in Chikkamagaluru under
Vacation Village. Spanning 41 acres across two prime parcels, this project is projected to generate Rs 300 crore

Landshare is committed to delivering maximum value to our private equity and developer clients. Our goal
for FY 24-25: Rs 2000 crores in transaction volume.
In Q3 2024, Landshare partnered with Arvind Smartspaces to provide advisory services for a joint develop-
ment project in Mahadevpura, Bengaluru. This collaboration has a revenue potential of INR 600 crores.
In Q4 of FY 24-25, we will launch an online platform designed to revolutionize real estate investment. This
platform will provide a centralized, transparent marketplace for clear-title land parcels across the country,
increasing accessibility for investors.
What the future holds
In FY 24-25, we successfully provided transaction advisory services for over 115 acres of land, facilitating
acquisitions for both our subsidiaries and valued clients.
