Duties/Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make manpower requisition.
● Prepare job descriptions, post job circular through online channels like Bdjobs, LinkedIn and other
professional networks.
● Screen CV’s and arrange interview for all positions. (Jr. Executive- General Manager)
● Facilitate and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and
continuous communication with potential candidate.
● Update induction module and recruitment dashboard in monthly basis.
● Arrange induction to the newly hired employee and taking exit interview of employee.
● Taking exit interview of employee and update it in data bank for future references.
● Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and employer branding.
● Communicating with university for future talent hunt for the organization.
● Maintaining frequent communication with head hunter organization to get competent CV’s.
● Conduct Training Need Analysis among the employees.
● Prepare annual training calendar based on TNA.
● Prepare training Budget and take approval from management.
● Prepare a Training Module and arrange training for a specific group of people.
● Prepare Training dashboard and update it monthly.
● Measure the training result through questionnaires, observation and by discussion with the line
manager and prepare report on it.
● Prepare monthly engagement plan for the organization.
● Initiate the engagement as per schedule
● Arrange flower and send greetings on the work anniversary and birthday of employee.
