Purpose
This CDS view provides the actual cost postings which were incurred from maintenance orders. It answers the following
business questions:

What type of cost was incurred?

Does the posting refer to the incurrence of the cost, or to its settlement?

For which maintenance order, for which maintenance operation, and technical object was the cost incurred?

What was the reason for the maintenance work, for example reactive or proactive?

Structure
Main CDS parameters and lters

This CDS view does not have any input parameters.

The main lters are:

Ledger: The ledger the cost was posted into.

Is Settlement : You use this lter to select the type of postings which you want to query. Remember that since cost is
typically settled in full, actual cost postings will have a balancing settlement posting.

GL Account Hierarchy: This lter will control in which account hierarchy the system will look up the GL account. If the GL
account is found in a hierarchy, then the “Cost Element Group” eld will refer to the parent node within that hierarchy.

If you do not use this lter and the cost element is found in more than one hierarchy, the system will return the same
posting multiple times (once per cost element group found).

Asset History Sheet Cube (Deprecated)

Technical Name I_FIXEDASSETAHSVALUECUBE

View Type
Cube

Release Status Deprecated

 Note
This CDS view was deprecated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2005.

SAP may make the CDS view unusable usually not earlier than one year after the deprecation.

We recommend that you switch to the following successor CDS view as soon as possible: I_AssetHistorySheetCube: Asset
History Sheet Cube

Creating new content based on deprecated CDS views is not allowed (for example, creating a new custom analytical query
based on a deprecated SAP cube view).

Changing of existing content that is based on deprecated CDS views is still allowed (for example, adding deprecated elds of a
released SAP view to an existing custom CDS view, adding further elds of a deprecated SAP view to an existing custom CDS
view).

This is custom documentation. For more information, please visit the SAP Help Portal 131

As key user, you will see tasks in key user extensibility apps for prominent occurrences where the deprecation of CDS views
makes it necessary to rework your content.

Purpose
With this CDS view you can form the asset history sheet that shows value changes to the xed asset balances in a scal year for
a depreciation area. The asset history sheet enables you to document and explain the balances on xed assets for every
accounting principle, any local regulation, and for management purposes. SAP provides precon gured key gure groups that
you can use for your reporting. These key gure groups bundle key gure codes, such as acquisitions, retirements, transfers,
and depreciation. Certain key gure groups can be used to display key gures in a hierarchy.

In contrast to the Asset History Sheet CDS view, in this Asset History Sheet Cube CDS view you can select multiple company
codes, ledgers and depreciation areas which have the same currency type.

This CDS view provides the prerequisites for answering the following business questions:

What are the balances at scal year start?

What are the balances of the current year?

What are the balances at the reporting date?

What are the balances of my APC balance sheet accounts?

What are the balances drilled down by the asset?

Prerequisites
You can create reports for Asset Accounting using this CDS view. Users who want to run these reports must have a role based
on the Asset Accountant (SAP_BR_AA_ACCOUNTANT) business role template. In this role, the following restriction types must
be set to read access:

Asset Class / Company Code

Company Code / Cost Center

Company Code / Plant

These restriction types are edited in the Maintain Business Roles (Deprecated)app.
