Subject: Appeal for Consideration to Release OND Result / Program Confirmation

Dear Sir/Ma,

I hope this letter meets you well.

I am writing with utmost respect to appeal for your kind consideration regarding the release of my

OND result. I am a graduate of the Computer Engineering Department, and I have successfully

completed all my academic and clearance requirements.

However, I was recently informed that my OND result will not be released due to a file I submitted

late during my ND1. The delay was related to an outstanding English result in my WAEC at the time,

which I have now rectified in 2024. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve it earlier due to financial

constraints during my time in school. I sincerely apologize for this delay and take full responsibility

for the oversight.


That said, I am now in the process of applying for a fully funded international scholarship (MEXT,

Japanese Government). This opportunity requires official academic documentation confirming that I

have completed my diploma program.

I kindly and humbly request the school to either:

1. Release my OND result, or

2. Provide a formal letter confirming that I have completed my program, and that my certificate is

currently pending due to documentation timing.

Your kind support would mean the world to me and would allow me to pursue this life-changing

academic opportunity and proudly represent OGITECH on a global stage.
