3. I hereby request UGVCL to deposit the amount, if any, receivable at the end of financial year towards purchase of surplus
energy by UGVCL in my following Bank Account
4. The energy Settlement and other terms & conditions shall be governed as per the GERC Net Metering Regulations as amended
from time to time.
5. For installation of grid connected Residential Rooftop Solar PV System (RRSS) under SURYA-Gujarat Scheme of Govt. of
Gujarat & MNRE’s Phase-II SRT Programme, Nidhi Electricals - 27,V.N. Park Society, Opp Deepkala Mall,, Three Hanuman
Road, Deesa Gujarat 385535 (the “Empanelled Agency” or “Installer”) and Mr. DAVE OMPRAKASH GIRJASHANKAR
(hereafter referred as ("Consumer" or “Applicant”) (collectively referred as ‘Parties’) have entered into Agreement or
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) herein as under, which shall be construed as part of this application form.
6. It is understood between the parties that the role of GUVNL and DISCOM is just to facilitate the process of subsidy and the
Consumer shall be responsible for any payment made to Installer. Further, the consumer shall undertake its own due diligence
regarding the quality of system and timeline for completion of Solar Rooftop System in consultation with the Installer before
submitting this application. Further, it has been agreed and undertaken by and between the parties as under: -
a. Consumer has registered the project under Gujarat Solar Power Policy – 2015, its amendment time to time and SURYA-
Gujarat scheme with Application number GUJ/P2/20-21/RT/RES/10252898 for installation of grid connected Residential
Rooftop Solar PV System (RRSS) under MNRE/ GUVNL’s subsidy scheme 2020-21 through the above authorized
Agency Empanelled by Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd.(UGVCL). The subsidy shall be applicable as per Annexure-A.
b. Grid Connected RRSS installed under Government of Gujarat/ MNRE subsidy scheme will not be transferred/ sell/
disposed without prior approval of Distribution Company for a period of five years.
c. Parties agrees and undertake that DISCOM/GUVNL/MNRE shall not be responsible or party to any dispute between the
Consumer and Empanelled Agency or dispute involving the Supplier (Original Equipment Manufacturer- OEM) selected
by the Empanelled Agency.
d. The Empanelled Agency shall follow the instructions given by the Supplier for proper installation and function of the
system and its upkeep; and shall inform the Supplier immediately for its non – functioning. The Empanelled Agency shall
provide necessary service for the breakdown maintenance of the system for the period of 5 years.
e. The consumer hereby understand that the Structure prices for height upto 300 mm clearance from the roof level is
included in the prices mentioned in the Annexure-A. In case the structure is above the mentioned height then the rates for
the additional structure height has been mutually decided by the Installer and the Consumer. GUVNL/DISCOM has no
role in it. It is further understood that parties have mutually agreed about the quality of system as well as timeline of
installation which shall not be later than prescribed project time schedule from the date of payment of Firm Quotation.
f. It is understood by the consumer that DISCOM/GUVNL/MNRE has no role in the selection of the Empanelled Agency
and DISCOM shall not be held responsible for any dispute related to Agency if may arise in future between the parties.
This memorandum of understanding is effective from signing by the parties and will be valid for the period of five years from the
date of commissioning of system. In witness whereof these parties have set their hands in token of affirmation and acceptance of
the terms and conditions herein above written and mentioned.

Annexure-A Information
1. Subsidy for Residential Consumer: - Subsidy of 40% shall be available for the Solar rooftop systems up to 3 KW; and 20% for
Solar rooftop systems beyond 3 KW up to 10 KW, installed and commissioned by private residential consumers on the approved
price discovered through the competitive bidding mentioned as under.
2. Subsidy for Common facilities of GWS/RWA: - For Group Housing Society (GHS) / Residential Welfare Association (RWA),
the subsidy would also be available at a rate 20% for solar rooftop system for supply of power to common facilities of that
GWS/RWA, on the approved price discovered through the competitive bidding mentioned as under. The capacity eligible for the
subsidy to GWS/RWA will be limited to 10 KW per House and the total shall not exceed 500 KW per GWS/RWA. Common
facilities shall include such assets of the GWS/RWA that are built for the use of all its residents such as waterworks, lift, street
lights, gym, swimming pool, garden, etc.
3. In case of capacity Addition: - The following consumers those who have already installed and commissioned the solar rooftops
under the earlier scheme shall also be eligible for the subsidy, provided that

5. Whenever any amount is paid by consumer to the selected Empanelled Agency towards non-subsidy part of the project cost,
the Consumer shall require to obtain the original Money Receipt from the concerned Agency and will convey the amount paid
with date through SMS from Consumer’s registered mobile number or through mobile App/through portal.
6. Empanelled Agency himself shall require to collect payment from applicant instead of collecting through Sub-vendor.
Empanelled Agency shall give valid money receipt to the consumers as a proof of payment and same is required to be uploaded
on portal within three days of payment transacted.
