Activities Planned : Discussion about the project topic.

Activities Executed :
After some days Prof. B.P.Kulkarni Sir told us about the Capstone Project then we discussed about
the main components such as Arduino Uno , Lcd display details information about information the
components which we are using in this system.

Week No.2 : 06 – 11 Jan 2025

Activities Planned : Making our final project model.

Activities Executed :

In this week we started making our project we purchase all components and started implement in
according to our project we worked under the guidance of our guide Prof. B.P.Kulkarni Sir we
made all the connection and finally done our hardware model in the end of this week.

Reason for delay if any: Shipping delay in components.

Corrective Measures Adopted: Started working on software setup in parallel.

Week No.3 : 13 – 18 Jan 2025

Activities Planned : Testing our final project.

Activities Executed :

In this week we troubleshoot all the hardware components and software which
are used in the model such as a Arduino Uno, 16 X 2 Lcd display, Relay, and
software error. We collected the total information about this hardware
components. Which is connected in the model and remove the error.

Reason for delay if any: Compatibility issues with some libraries.

Corrective Measures Adopted: Researched alternative libraries and resolved issues by updating
dependencies.

Week No.4 : 20 – 25 Jan 2025

Activities Planned : Discussed with guide about testing of model.

Activities Executed :

In this week with the help of our guide Prof. B. P. Kulkarni Sir we tried to run
our model it is the point of reference based on which testing activities are executed and
coordinated among our team detail the objective of the particular project. Also, our in details IR
sensor to be used in the test details what tool will be used for testing and other reverent activity.

Reason for delay if any: Minor wiring issues.

Corrective Measures Adopted: Rechecked circuit connections and resolved errors by using
better-quality jumper wires.

Activities Planned : Preparing the black book of the project.

Activities Executed :

Before submitting our final year black book project to the college, ensure that it
follows the proper format. A standard structure comprises following elements: a
 college diploma, acknowledgement, declaration, a list of figure, a table of content,
and a project report. Once we begun the planning process and we know the format
we have who, it is easier for we to get it’s started.

Activities Planned : Discuss the conclusion and collect the reference.

Activities Executed :

The discussion is the key section our this is. The purpose of the discussion is to
explain the central results and potential implementation of our study. This is where we securitize
our results and where the choice of method (s) is discuss including the possible influence
methodology biased and error on the data validly. The conclusion section is where the we
summarized our answer (s) to the question posed in our problem formulation.

recommended /suggestions final thought of this project work.
