SCHEDULE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT OF FEE


a) Commencement of filing of online application 08-04-2025

Instructions for Submission of Online Applications – CCIC, Land Surveying, and


Certificate Course Examinations – April/May 2025.

Candidates who have studied in institutions offering CCIC, Land Surveying, and
other Certificate Courses affiliated to the State Board of Technical Education & Training
(SBTET), Andhra Pradesh, during the academic years 2023–24 and 2024–25 are only
eligible to submit their applications for the examinations scheduled to be held during
April/May 2025.

The Principals of recognized institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh shall


submit the applications online through the portal at https://apsbtet.ap.gov.in./SBTET/

The candidate's phone number must be provided in the application, as all


communication regarding the issuance of Hall Tickets and Certificates will be sent to that
number.

Important Guidelines:

1. Only colour photographs are accepted. Black & white photos, and photos taken
while wearing caps or sunglasses, will not be accepted, as they hinder clear
identification.
2. Candidates shall ensure that the Name, Father Name, Date of birth and other
particulars correctly without any mistake while submitting online application.
3. Candidates also ensure that the photographs and other scanned certificates
of enclosures if any shall be clearly visible and check before submitting online
application.
4. Once the application is submitted, no corrections or re-uploading of
photos/certificates will be permitted. Kindly note that fees once paid will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
5. Hence, candidates and Principals of Institutions are advised to thoroughly verify all
particulars before final submission of the application and payment of the
examination fee.

Note:
i. Re-uploading of photographs and certificates, and corrections in personal
details such as name, date of birth, etc., will not be entertained after
submission.
ii. Applications containing incorrect or incomplete information are liable to be
rejected without any prior notice, and the examination fee will not be refunded.

After verification of applications, Hall Tickets will be generated by SBTET and


made available on the same portal one week before the commencement of
examinations. Candidates are required to download and print their Hall Tickets, which
must be attested by the Principal of the Institution.

The detailed time table for the theory examinations will be published under the
SBTET AP Notifications section on the official website in due course.
