To: All Students of LL. B/B.A.LL. B/B.B.A.LL. B (ALL SEM)
Subject: Important Guidelines for Compliance of Attendance,
Discipline & Academic Activities

All students are hereby informed that strict adherence to the following rules and
academic requirements is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary
action or disqualification from appearing in examinations and other academic
benefits.

i. Minimum Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain a minimum of


75% attendance in each subject individually to be eligible for semester
examinations.
ii. Uniform Policy: All students are required to wear the proper college
uniform, which includes the college belt, tie, and bag, on all working days
without exception.
iii. College Timings: The entry time of the college is 10:00 AM sharp. Late
entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
iv. Moot Court Participation: Attendance and participation in Moot Court
classes and competitions are compulsory for all students.
v. Court Visits: Students must attend court visits regularly as scheduled by
the college.
vi. Practical Classes: Attendance in all practical classes is compulsory and will
be monitored.
vii. Legal Aid Camp: Participation in Legal Aid Camps organized by the college is
mandatory for all students.
viii. Mock Interview Training: Students must attend Mock Interview Training
sessions to prepare for professional legal practice.
ix. Computer Training Classes: Attendance in Computer Training Classes is
compulsory as part of the academic curriculum.
x. STOP RAGGING – Ragging in any form, direct or indirect, is strictly
prohibited as per the guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and UGC
Regulations. Any student found indulging in ragging will face immediate
expulsion and legal action.
xi. STOP HARASSMENT – No form of harassment, be it verbal, physical,
emotional, or sexual, will be tolerated under any circumstance. Students are
expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment at all times.
xii. NO NDPS ACTIVITY – Strict action will be taken against any student found
to be involved in any activity prohibited under the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. This includes the use, possession, or
distribution of banned substances.
xiii. NO SMOKING ON CAMPUS – Smoking is strictly prohibited within the college
campus and its surroundings. Violation of this rule will result in immediate
disciplinary action.
xiv. ADHERE TO COLLEGE RULES – All students are expected to strictly follow
the rules and regulations of the college while present on the premises.
Misconduct, indiscipline, or any act that brings disrepute to the institution
will not be tolerated.

Students are advised to treat these requirements with utmost seriousness and
comply with all academic and disciplinary norms of the institution. Your
cooperation is expected to maintain the academic integrity and professional
environment of Kingston Law College.
