To address these issues, this project examines the adoption of e-learning platforms,
Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Virtual Reality (VR) to enhance student engagement and
personalized learning. AI-driven tutoring systems provide instant feedback, while VR-
based simulations improve knowledge retention by 75%. Implementing hybrid learning
models and ensuring equitable technology access can create a more inclusive and
effective education system.
This report concludes with strategic recommendations for overcoming these barriers,
including expanding internet access, implementing screen-time management strategies,
and fostering inclusive digital education policies. By addressing these challenges,
educational institutions can maximize technology’s potential, ensuring that all students
benefit from an innovative, accessible, and engaging learning experience.

Background and Objectives
The usage of technology in education has been essential in teaching. The rapid
advancement in technology has influenced education sectors. The evolution of
technology has created challenges for educators; there are pros and cons to using
technology in education; it can create easy ways of learning, or it could become an
obstacle to training. There have been many methods of teaching, just like e-learning;
the advancement of technology in education creates more ways for how students can
learn. Schools have been slowly adapting these processes and using them These
issues have evolved through time, and technology has increased and given challenges
to our education system.
Objectives of this report:
• To gain knowledge about the advancement of technology.
• Understanding the pros and cons of learning with the use of technology.
• To provide data and recommendations for students and educators
