Seeepc Deo Usermanual
Government of Telangana has initiated a comprehensive door-to-door household survey across the state in
November 2024. This survey will gather detailed socio-economic, educational, employment, political, and caste
information for the entire population of Telangana. The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) has developed an
application to capture data collected from the survey. The data entry operators can access the application and
enter the data from the manual forms shared by the enumerators.
2. Services
Enter the URL URL: https://seeepcsurvey.cgg.gov.in into the search bar or address bar of any browser, such as
Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
2.1. Login
Enter Username
Default password for the login Ses@2024
Enter Captcha
Click on Login
After logging in for the first time the DEO must change the password

Click on Login, Change Password Screen is displayed
Username is displayed on Screen
Enter new password
Enter Confirm New Password
Click on Change Password, the new password is created and redirected to the login page and the DEO can
login and access the Application data entry screen

Click on View & submit, the application will be displayed for preview and enabled for Final Submit.
Once click on final submit, the application entered will be saved in the database and the record will be updated in reports.
3. User Support
DEO Users facing technical issues while accessing the services or having difficulties with the application can contact
the designated helpdesk for assistance. DEO’s are encouraged to email their queries to
helpdesk.seeepcsurvey@cgg.gov.in for prompt resolution. Alternatively, users can directly contact the helpdesk
support team via the helpline numbers 8331035506 or 8333923742. The helpdesk operates during official hours,
from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, ensuring timely support for resolving issues and addressing concerns effectively.
