I / we declare that I will not provide false or misleading information, which may affect the decision to let the property to
me. I / we have provided the correct Right to Rent documents as listed above and understand that if I/ we withdraw
from the proposed agreement I/ we will surrender the holding deposit. This includes if I/ we change my/ our mind, fail
on any part of the report on information not declared or falsely provided, find an alternative property or I/ we am
unable to provide the right documents to the credit reference agency, or take reasonable steps to complete my
application in the requires timeframe. I / we understand that I/ we have 15 days to complete my application from the
date of my holding deposit being paid unless otherwise agreed in writing. I /we agree to provide accurate information
for my employer and current landlord and will assist the credit reference agency wherever possible to secure my
references in the given timescale. I/ we agree to prompt my employer and current landlord to expect the reference
request. I /we understand that I /we may need to provide 6 months of bank statements, payslips or current benefits
award letters. If I/ we am unable to provide these documents, I /we understand that this constitutes my inability to take
reasonable steps to enter into the agreement and I/ we will surrender the holding deposit. I understand that this also
applies to any guarantor that I /we provide, and that they can be present upon signing the tenancy agreement and that I
have obtained their consent to use them as my guarantor for this tenancy. I /we understand that the holding deposit will
be deducted from my first weeks’ rent.

PLEASE NOTE- IF YOUR APPLICATION IS WITHDRAWN (AS ABOVE) AND WE CANNOT PROCEED, DUE TO THE ABOVE-

You must complete this form, provide ID for all applicants and guarantors, and pay the £85
holding deposit (Online transfer) to secure the property. If you do not have all 3 of these
things, the application will not be accepted and you may lose the property.
**Please note, if the landlord reference fails on arrears or condition of your current
property, this is at the landlords discretion to take this application any further with a
guarantor or not**
