PROVISIONAL ADMISSION FOR POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA (PGD) PROGRAMME OF THE


FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, BAUCHI (AFFILIATE OF JOSEPH SARWUAN TARKA
UNIVERSITY, MAKURDI)

I am pleased to inform you that on the recommendation of the Postgraduate School Board and
the approval of the University Senate, you have been offered a provisional admission to pursue full
time/part time Postgraduate Diploma Course leading to the award of PGD in PGD in Computer Science
of the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University of Agriculture, Makurdi with effect from 2024/2025 academic
Session. The course which will last for One (1) year will commence on 13/01/2025.

You are expected to register for the course, not later than 11/02/2025from the date of commencement
of the 2024/2025 session. Failure to do so may result in your not participating in the course.

Regularization of this offer will be subject to:

• Your authenticating qualifications claimed in your application on which this admission is based by
producing the originals of your Certificates including NYSC/Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
• The receipt of your official academic transcripts) for your OND/HND/Degree
• The receipt of completed referee report forms on you.
• You have not been a registered student in another Department of this Polytechnic pursuing
two course concurrently
• You are to produce the original receipts of fee paid with photocopies to be lodged with
the Directorate of University Affiliations & Linkages, Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will automatically lead to the withdrawal of the Offer of
Admission given to you at any point in time. I congratulate you on your admission and wish you success
in your programme.
