Recruitment Data Protection Notice

1. Pursuant to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”) and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations (“IRRs”), Capgemini is committed to protecting any personal information we collect
from you. We maintain safeguards to protect your data that you have provided to us in the
context of your applying for any position with Capgemini Philippines Corp. We will only use your
personal information for the primary purpose of fulfilling recruitment purposes and in a manner
consistent with the DPA and IRRs. As Capgemini is a global company, Capgemini Philippines may
share your personal information with its affiliates or parent companies or similar relationships for
the purpose of considering you for employment. We do not pass on your details to any third party
without your permission except as set out in this document or in circumstances where we are
required to do so by law or as provided for under the DPA and IRRs.
2. Through any job vacancies that you apply for with Capgemini Philippines, we may collect personal
information from your resume, this employment application form and/or correspondences and
other relevant information needed to process your employment application. We may also collect
personal information about you directly from third parties or through other means and channels
such as background checks, educational institutions, recruiters and job portals. Your information
may be processed by us as follows:
a. to assess your suitability for the role applied for;
b. to maintain a business relationship where you are a candidate;
c. to maintain you on our recruitment database to match your details with other future job
vacancies within our company;
d. to provide to vendors providing services to us in respect of background checks, criminal
checks and credit checks, verification of the details you have provided, skills tests or
evaluations as required;
e. to contact you and/or answer any queries you may have;
f. to conduct recruitment survey and statistics; and
g. to comply with Capgemini Philippines’ legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
3. We may keep your personal information for a reasonable period of time to fulfill the purposes
described herein or to fulfill Capgemini Philippines’ legal and legitimate business purposes. To
request us to delete your personal information submitted to Capgemini Philippines, please send
your request to the Recruitment Department of Capgemini Philippines through your recruitment
contact.
