TEST II

Directions:

This test is intended to measure your ability to prepare plans for various of activities. Three specific
planning situations are described and preliminary draft outline are presented.

You will have 15 minutes to answer the questions regarding these three sets of plans. Therefore, you
should not spend more than five minutes on any one outline and the questions regarding it.

Read the directions describing the situation and note the type of activities included in the outline. Take
special note of the three or four main headings in each case. Do not study the outline at this time with a
view of revising it. Proceed immediately to the first question following the outline, in answering it you
may refer back to the outline as necessary. As soon as you have completed the question on the first
outline, go to the directions for the second outline and follow the same procedure in answering the
questions and the third outlines.

Remember your score will be the number of items you answer within 15 minutes time limit. Do not spend
too much time on any one item. Select the answer which seems best and write the letter, then go on the
next item so that you will able to complete all item within 15 minutes time limit.
