Assisted Journey in UCJ – A brief Overview

• ADP Journey has been revamped for customers and


employees.
• URL for Employee Login to UCJ ADP:
• The revised journey for customer is an end to end digital
journey in UCJ URL for Application Tracking
• Any employee can login to the Assisted Digital Journey portalhttps://instaadmin.icicibank.com/insta-
IN UCJ to trigger a link to the customer for availing PL

link available in the final page of application and trigger it with the customer
• The validity of the link shared to the customer is 24 hours , post which a new link can be triggered to customer

• Link can be triggered to customers with No offers by selecting the desired loan amount and tenure of the customer.
Up on clicking the link customer can apply for the loan in UCJ as per their eligibility.
