• Note : Sharing link through whatsapp is not enabled as of today, pls select SMS for triggering link to customer
• If link for applying personal loan is not triggered to customer in Whatsapp/ SMS, ICICI representative may copy the
link available in the final page of application and trigger it with the customer
• The validity of the link shared to the customer is 24 hours , post which a new link can be triggered to customer

• User should enter the Mobile number linked to the Savings account and PAN of the customer to fetch Offer of the
customer
• The link will only be sent to the customer on SMS or Whatsapp, The medium of sending the link should be selected
by the user after confirming with the customer 10

• User should only trigger the link to customer after getting consent from them
• The Slider page displayed is only to assist the customer. Final disbursement will depend on customer selection

• Link can be triggered to customers with No offers by selecting the desired loan amount and tenure of the customer.
Up on clicking the link customer can apply for the loan in UCJ as per their eligibility.
