The present study covers HRM practices in GVPR Engineers limited in general and
recruitment and selection in particular.

IMPORTANCE OF RESEARCH
There are mainly two types of data in research process. They can be
summarized as:
i) Primary Data:
A survey approach was adopted forth for study and the data was obtained by
means of a questionnaire prepared in English. Thorough discussions were held
with HR experts to finalize the items of the questionnaire. Several HR
managers were interviewed in this regard and their suggestions were included
as much as possible.
The questionnaire contained twenty-five questions which involved even
variables to meet the objectives of this study research. It was structured in
nature and contained open ended questions. The employees are required to
choose one of the alternatives. It was based on Likert’s scale.
The type of data collected with reference to this project is PRIMARY DATA.
Survey will be conducted by selecting a sample and results were interpreted. A
well versed back up has been taken through the secondary data.
