In pursuance of recommendation of the application of below mentioned student by the Principal


concerned for change of institution, the student is hereby provisionally allowed to take admission into HS 2 nd
year class in SCIENCE STREAM at LALA H S & M P SCHOOL SCHOOL, Code No: 132310, from
PARAMOUNT SR SECONDARY SCHOOL SCHOOL, Code No: 154111 for the Academic Session 2023-24
with following subjects as given under-

NAME OF THE STUDENT : ASHADULLA LASKAR


REGISTRATION NO : 146564 of 2022-23
SUBJECTS : ENGL, ALTE, BIOL, CHEM, MATH, PHYS

The transfer certificate issued by the principal of the institution where the student is now studying along
with other relevant documents including HS first year marksheet are to be verified by the principal of the
admitting College/H S School/Sr. Sec. School before admission is allowed.

The admission must be completed within ten (10) days from the date of issue of this order failing which
the order stands cancelled automatically.
