Solution:
To fix this problem you must make sure that the user called “Everyone” (German: Jeder) has full access
rights to the folder C:\Program Files\3Shape on the server.

To do so:

• Go to “C:\Program Files\” (German: “C:\Programme\”)

• Right click the “3Shape” folder and choose "Properties" (German: “Eigenschaften”)
• Click on the “Security” tab (German: Sicherheit)
• Make sure that all the necessary rights have been granted:
o Highlight “Everyone” (German: Jeder) and make sure there is a checkmark in “Full control”
(German: Vollzugriff). If “Everyone” does not exist then:
 Click “Add” (German: Hinzufügen)
Type “Everyone” (German: Jeder) and click ”OK”
Make sure it has full access rights

o Click “Advanced” (German: Erweitert) and make sure that there are checkmarks in:
Inherit from the parent the permissions entries …
(German: Berechtigungen übergeordneter Objekte, soforn…)
 Replace permission entries on all…
(German: Berechtigungen für alle untergeordneten Objekte durch...)
When clicking ”OK” the rights will be updated for all subfiles. This may take several
minutes:

• Click “OK” to the “Properties” form.
