1. Introduction

This section will include information about project, relevant technologies and
research etc. The study of current trends of technologies and/or research with their
developments in projects is discussed.

2. Objectives

This section includes objectives for project.

3. Existing System (Application based project / (Related work (for research


based project)

This section includes previous work carried out by researchers and developers in
related to project domain. For research based project, proper study of existing work
(at least 15 papers) and for application based project at least 5 similar or existing
application should be mentioned

4. Motivation (Application/Regular-based project)/Problem Statement (For


research based project)

This section includes motivation behind project ideas. Problem statement includes
defining problems and highlighting limitations in existing system or finding research
gaps.

5. Proposed Methodology and process for implementation

Methodology means describing the approach or technique for project developments


and accomplishments. Proposed method discusses solutions of problems which were
identified and defined in problem statement. It must contain:-

• Detailed explanation of the proposed solution


• How it addresses the problem
• Innovation and uniqueness of the solution

In this section, a complete project plan /flow chart / graph /block /modular diagram
/working prototype should be included.

6. Potential impact on the target audience

This section should include benefits of the solution (social, economic,


environmental, etc.)
7. Tools and Technology used/Hardware/Software Requirements

This section includes all resources required for the development of the project.
