MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW, Private Complainant, MARIGOLD 7G


PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, through the undersigned authorized
representative and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully state
that:

1. In its Order dated 6 November 2024, the Honorable Court


directed the Private Complainant to submit the name of its new
representative on or before the next hearing date, considering the
return notice sent to Darrel Moran y Grafil was notated with “RTS-
Unknown”.

2. Private Complainant manifests that the authorized


representative remains to be Mr. DARREL G. MORAN, who has an
office address at 8472 Km 18 Uratex Warehouse East Service Road,
San Martin De Porres, Paranaque City.

3. A copy of the Order dated 6 November 2024 was


received by the authorized representative from Mr. Jared Romantico
after the scheduled hearing.
4. Private Respondent has not received any notice or
communications from the Honorable Court regarding the scheduled
arraignment on 6 November 2024. However, the Private Respondent,
through its authorized representative, was able to participate in the
mediation proceedings before the Philippine Mediation Unit -
Parañaque (PMU).

Henceforth, it is most respectfully requested that all pleadings,


orders, notices and any process issued by this Honorable Court be
sent and directed to the authorized representative, DARREL G.
MORAN, at the address given above.

Other just and equitable relief available in the premises is


likewise prayed for.
