APPOINTMENT LETTER

Ref: BIAPL/SD/21/2022-23 Date : 28.02.2022

To:

Mr. AJAY

Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai

Sub: Appointment Letter for the post of “Mechanical Technician” in Chennai Bray Controls.

Dear Sir,

With reference to submission of your Resume through Email & Interview undertaken by our team member, we
are pleased to appoint you in our Organization. This appointment will take effect from the date of your joining
duty which shall be within 21st October, 2020 subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. POSITION:
You are appointed to the Position of “Technician-Mechanical” in Chennai Branch you will be direct
report Branch-Manager.

2. RENUMERATION:
Your monthly base salary will be paid Rs.25,000 P.M /3,00,000P.A (food Will be Deducted & its
Concerned by Brightech Itself)
We are Providing Transportation Facility & The PF, Bonus, Medical Insurance, Gratuity will be
applicable after your Probation Period.

3. PROBATION PERIOD:
You will be Probation for a period of 2 months from the date of your Joining. The Duration of Probation
can be revised on the discretion of Management depending upon your performance. In case of your
Training Period has not satisfied to the company, we may have rights to cancel your Appointment in
this Company and we’ll relieve you from this company in the same month.
4. Contract Period:
28-02-2022 to 01-03-2023 (364 Days)

5. Job Summery:
The “MaintenanceTechnician – Mechanical” will be responsible for maintenance and safe
operation of Plant machinery & equipment, utility systems etc. This includes daily
maintenance, periodic maintenance and attending to machine breakdowns.

6. Job Roles & Responsibility

 Conduct daily checks on Production machinery, fix problems as and when observed / reported
 Perform routine and periodical maintenance of Electrical installations & power distribution systems
 Follow Lubrication schedule for all machinery & equipment and help maintain sufficient
stockAttend and Troubleshoot breakdowns onPlant machinery and equipment
Identify and correct leaks of compressed air, water, oil, coolant Perform Preventive Maintenance on
all machinery & equipment as per schedule and checklist
 Attend and Troubleshoot breakdowns on all Plant machinery and Equipment Coolant Management
– ensure levels, concentration, pH, tramp oil removal, filtration
 Contribute to5S, Energy saving and cost saving initiatives Assist with machine installation &
movement

7. Core Competencies
 Able to identify root cause of breakdowns and take corrective & preventive action Use of
computer with MS office

8. Key Skills & Relevant Experience


 Troubleshooting of Conventional, CNC & SPM machines Knowledge of Fanuc controls, Servo
amplifiers, Servo motors, PLC Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 systems.

9. Reporting Relationship (Please specify – Direct / Indirect)


Direct –Senior Engineer, Maintenance
10. INCREMENTS & BONUS PLAN:
Any Increment in Salary or Rewards will be based on the performance parameters defined by the
Company and your performance will be measured against those parameters. We can Increase After
your Contract period (1 year ) around 18-20% P.A

Bonus will be provided during Ayudha pooja or Deewali.

11. LEAVE OF ABSENSE:


During this Probation Period, you will not entitled for any paid Leaves. After the Job Confirmation, you
are eligible for 12-15days paid leaves per Annum & Its Depend upon the Bray Controls whichever the
festival Leaves Or Government Leaves they are Providing, you must be Obeyed. Incase of additional
Leaves taken after the paid leaves, the Loss Of Pay (LOP) will be applicable.

12. TERMINATION & LEGAL ACTION:


a). You will have the responsibility for an efficient, satisfactory & economical Discharge of the duties
entrusted to you from time to time.P

b). During this period of employment, you shall not join any other Jobs or Trade or you shall not
misuse Clients relationship or pursue any Course of Study of Work part time without the
management’s prior consent in Writing.

c). You will behave and conduct your-self in any orderly manner and shall not remain absent from
the place of work without the prior consent in writing.

d). The Company Documents, Information, Software, Company assets, Business discussion must
not be disclosed.

e.) During Contract period , Do not Break The Contract Agreement. if any plan to Change Organization
You should be Inform Before Two months.

In case of any misbehaviour found in the above mentioned points, the company may have rights to
Terminate your Job from the Company without any prior intimation and may have rights to take
“LEGAL ACTION” by Law Department. Then You will not eligible to requesting any Compensation from
this company for this action.
