Subject: Prior information to give me all the retirement/Superannuation benefits and to clear my all
pending dues (salary), gratuity,Medical Leave,Casual Leave reimbursement and reveal my
undisclosed EPF Number of Employees Provident Fund as the Central Govt. Act, applicable in the
cases of CBSE Affiliated school's employees before 31st March 2025.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I want to bring the following points to your kind cognizance – 1.

That, I joined your school, St. Xavier’s High school, Ailwal, Azamgarh, U.P. (The Main Branch of St.
Xavier group of schools, of Azamgarh, U.P.) On 7th November 2013, as PGT English. As my date of
birth is 23.02.1963, I became of 60 years on 23.2.2022 applicable for my retirement as per CBSE
affiliation Byelawys for CBSE affiliated school’s employees.

But, that the school gave me two years' oral superannuation extension of my services in the same
capacity (PGT English) on the basis of my teaching experience, higher education (M.A. English,
Jabalpur University, PGCTE & PGDTE from C.I.E.F.L. Hyderabad, A.P. – Presently known as University
of English & Foreign Languages (Telangana)- an institution of World fame and rank), for which I am
very grateful to you and express my heart felt indebtedness to you for this kind favour.

That, I will become of 62 years on 23.3.2025 and my superannuation period will be over on the same
date but due to session continuation benefit I can serve in your school till 31 March ,2024.
Therefore, kindly consider this letter as a prior notice of my discontinuation of my service from your
school.3.

That, you are requested to provide me my EPF Number (UAN Number) by your office so that I can
withdraw my EPF benefits after my superannuation period is over on 31 March, 2025. It is important
to mention here that the school has not been transparent in my case to give my EPF No since the
joining of my school and has been biased and been selective in providing EPF facility/benefit to some
other teachers/employees of its own favour. I now feel that the school has breached the mandatory
provision of EPFO in my case deliberately and not deposited it yet. Therefore hereby, you are
requested to abide by the Byelaws of CBSE Affiliation and Central Government acts passed in the
cases of CBSE affiliated schools of social security after retirement and superannuation.
4. That the school has never provided me any casual leave (CL) and medical leave during my whole
tenure of 11 years +4 months. You are requested to abide by the rules of CBSE Byelaws and make
the applicable due payments in my favour in my current account given by the school. (Axis bank

5. That you are also hereby requested to clear all my gratuity of 11 years as per state
government/central government rules before the due date through proper mode of transaction.

6. That, at the time of extension of CBSE affiliation in 2018 sent by salary of PGT i.e. Rs 30000 plus
and not my salary of PGT English to the Bank of India, Raido Pur branch through my account number
729010110005876. At that time, the school forcefully took the RS 10000 from me as it was paying
me approx. 20000 only. The school also changed the Bank and now sends our salary to Axis Bank,
Raidopir, Azamgarh,U.P.At present, the school pays me approx. Rs 31460 only through Axis Bank
account. Why this exploitation in the last 10 to 11 years has been done to me?

That, at the end I request the school management to clear all my pending dues and deficits of
financial embezzlements on or before 31.3.2025 and abide by the declarations made in the St Xavier
High School, society submitted to the State Government Registration Department of societies act,
affiliation Byelaws and employees provident fund acts.

Kindly do the needful and oblige. This is for your kind information and consideration.

8.The details of the pending dues are given below:

a) 11 years×12 days (132) casual leave cash payment is still pending. 1049×132= Rs. 138468.

b) Graduity calculation formula- 15× last drawn salary × 11 (working years) ÷ 30= Rs. 173030

c) EPF- Contribution requested to give EPF number before last working day period i.e. 31 March
2025. Present rule (Rs.1800+1800- both parties = Rs.3600× 11 years =Rs.475200

d) Medical leave- days reimbursement i.e. 15×11 days- 31460 (present salary) ÷30= Rs.1049(per
day)= Rs. 173085

e) Therefore you are requested to pay me total amount of all the above pending payment/sum= CL-
Rs.138468+ Rs. 173030 (Graduity)+ Rs.475200 ( without interest EPF benefit)+ Rs.173085(medical
leave in cashment dues)= Rs. 959783.
