How to modify
Dial *111# and follow the steps.
Send an SMS for free to 1050 enclosing
MMI for the 1 month data bundles, M2MI
for the 2 months data bundles and M3MI
for the 3 months data bundles followed by
the requested bundle.
Online (Available for the 1 month validity
bundles).
Alfa Mobile App (Available for the 1 month
validity bundles).
Call 1454 (Available for the 1 month validity
bundles).

How to renew
You can only renew your bundle when
your MBs are totally consumed.
Dial *111# and follow the steps.
Send an SMS for free to 1050 enclosing
RMI for the 1 month data bundles, R2MI
for the 2 months data bundles and R3MI
for the 3 months data bundles followed by
the requested bundle.
Online (Available for the 1 month validity

How To Check Your

Consumption

Important To Know
The subscription will be automatically
renewed every 30 days for the 1 month
validity bundles. If you don’t have enough
credit and your line is in retention period
(6th day), your service subscription will be
automatically cancelled.
The 2 and 3 months validity bundles are
not shareable.
When you activate any of the 2 or 3
months validity bundles, you will get the
total allocated GBs for 60 or 90 days.
If you’re out of MBs before your
subscription expires, you have the
possibility to continue browsing using
extra MBs, which will be deducted from
your account balance.
When your subscription expires, the
remaining MBs, if any, will not be
accumulated.
If you choose to unsubscribe while you are
still within the active period of your Mobile
Internet service, it will stay operational
until its renewal date.
If you choose to modify your data bundle
subscription, the new subscription will be
e"ective on the renewal date.
