TO: All Residents REF: GaU/HST/03/4/25

RE: NOTIFICATION ON ROOM CLEARANCE.

This is to notify all students residing in the university hostels of the upcoming room clearance
requirements. All residents are kindly requested to vacate their hostel rooms by Sunday, May 11,
2025, at 4:00 PM. Please note that this process is mandatory to all residents.
Clearance Procedures:
1. Collect the Room Clearance Form from the cyber located next to Ewaso Hostel.
2. Completed the form and submit it along with your assigned room items at the designated storage
areas:
 Galana and prefab residents (Male)- Galana store.
 Tana and Ewaso residents (Female)- Main store at the hostel office.
3. Surrender Room Keys: All custodians must return their room keys to the hostel office.
4. Submit the Room Clearance Form for verification and stamping at the hostel office.
5. Lastly sign room clearance list according to your academic year at Galana or Hostel office.
NOTE:
 Charges will be applied for any damage or lost items.
 Access to hostels will be restricted starting Monday, May 12, 2025.
