School Report Booklet
This report booklet remains school property until the learner completes his/her form four/six year
secondary education.
In the event of loss or damage of this booklet, a fee will be charged.
The parent/guardian is asked to sign for every termly report of the student's progress and the learner
should bring back the booklet every first week of opening.
This report is issued without alteration.

70% – 100% = A
60% – 69% = B
50% – 59% = C
45% – 49% = D
35% – 44% = E
0% – 34% = U
1. All learners must attend all lessons, school assembly, sporting and cultural activities.
2. Punctuality must be observed at all times.
3. No learners may leave the school premises between the beginning of school and end of school without
the school Head’s or his/her delegates permission (written note with stamp). If a learner is going to be
absent from the school for any reason at all, the class teacher should be informed by the pupil in
advance or by his/her parent/guardian in writing.
4. (a) All learners must attend school in proper school uniform and it must be worn except on specified
occasions.
(b) No learner must wear jewellery and make-up while in school premises.
5. (a) All learners must be courteous to all staff, visitors, prefects and even other learners.
(b) All learners must stand up to the Head, teachers and visitors entering the classroom and sit down
when they have greeted the visitor and asked to sit down.
(c) All learners are expected to greet visitors when they meet them in the school premises and direct
them to the Reception Office for further help/assistance.
6. (a) Smoking and drinking intoxicating beverages, gambling, bullying, fighting, stealing, vulgar
language and pornographic literature are strictly prohibited. This may result in expulsion.
(b) Use of cellphones & electronic gadgets during school hours is strictly prohibited. Failure to
observe this rule shall result in such gadgets confisticated by school authority.
7. Writing on walls and any objects in the school is strictly prohibited.
8. (a) Walking across lawns is not allowed.
(b) Learners may use prescribed pavements or walkways in front of classrooms.
9. No learner is allowed to engage in love affairs at school or engage in unruly or unacceptable behavior
or conduct that brings the name of the school into disrepute.
10. Throwing litter on the floor or ground is prohibited. Pick up litter, which should be placed in a dustbin
or litterbox. Remember that Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
11. All learners are expected to be smartly dressed and personal hygiene should be practiced at all times:
(a) Each learner keep the area around him/her clean and tidy.
(b) Shoes should be polished well.
(c) All uniforms must have buttons.
(d) The collar must be neatly folded and shirt tucked in.
12. Learners participating in sporting activities should not look forward to receiving remuneration.
13. Learners are forbidden to temper with any electrical connection or school appliances. If a learner is
involved in an accident whilst tempering with electrical appliances/connections, no member of staff is
held responsible.
14. Loss or damage to school property will result in the culprit paying for the losses and damages.
15. Teacher’s houses are out of bounds.
