Part I please answer by filling in the blanks on the question sheet (50 points)

1. Abudabee company needs to implement BI cloud services in all company

transactions. As a manager, how to specify and create the cloud BI platform
requirements from company quotations? (10 points)

Answer : I would start by analyzing the company’s quotations and transaction

records.

These documents show what kind of data we use most often—such as prices,
suppliers, and customer orders. From there, I would work with the IT team and staff
in sales, purchasing, and finance to understand what kind of reports and dashboards
they need.

For example, they might want to see daily sales trends, top-selling products, or
supplier cost comparisons. These insights help define the key features the BI system
must support.

Next, I would write clear platform requirements such as:

The ability to connect to our cloud database where quotations are stored Real-time
data updates Easy-to-use dashboards Secure access with different user roles Mobile
access for managers on the go Lastly, I would compare different BI tools based on
these needs and choose the one that offers the best value, performance, and long-term
support.

decorate.
If the company gains profits from table and chairs are 320 and 240 baht per each item.
How to maximize the profits from the production quantities of table and chair per week? (20
points)

a. From the given information please describe the maximize model under the
company constraints (10 points)

Objective function: Maximize Z = 320x + 240y

Constraints:

Assembly Department (max 60 hours/week): 4x + 2y ≤ 60

Decoration Department (max 48 hours/week): 2x + 4y ≤ 48

Non-negativity Constraint: x ≥ 0, y ≥ 0

b. From the given information please calculate the maximize quantities and
profit with Linear programming (10 points)
