4. Adequacy check of existing process Naphtha Stabilizer column: Column top 20 m was increased to
1376 mm from 1000 mm and all internal were modified as per revised Hydraulics provided by IOCL-Haldia
and design proved is safe.
5. Adequacy checks Shell & tube heat exchanger – saddle support: 5 new exchangers were stacked on
existing exchangers; saddle support were checked and strengthened. New top saddle designed.
6. Revamp & up gradation of Fired Heater:- for Furnace Improvement –USA for M/s ConocoPhillips, basic
design by FIS and complete mechanical design and modification were carried out by IDEA.
