1. Introduction:
Business is one of the most important economy generators for each country and since the dawn
of the twentieth century, all business companies turned to technology to better improve their
business chances and qualities. Thus, such is the reason of the development of this system. This
system is developed for the optical business, where it will be implemented in each of the shop
outlets of an optical company. The system name is Optical Shop Application (OSA). The system
is developed for the purpose of making management much more systematic, secure and efficient.
OSA consist of modules which are login, management of shop and financial management.

Capabilities of modules are described in the Table 1.1

The system and its functions' will provide the optical shop a computerized method of anagement
which will help increase the efficiency and productivity of the outlet.Conclusively, once the
system is developed and implemented it will increase the productivity of the business.

Module Function

Literature review
2.1 Lenskart
Lenskart is one of the leading e-commerce companies in India that sells eyewear such as
spectacles, sunglasses, and contact lenses. The company has been using various advertising
strategies to promote its brand and products. In this project, we aim to study the impact of
Lenskart's advertising on its sales and brand awareness. Lenskart is a leading Indian
eyewear e-commerce company that was founded in 2010. The company's
headquarters are located in Faridabad, India, and it has a vast network of
physical stores in several cities across the country. Lenskart has become a trusted
brand for millions of customers in India.

Lenskart is known for its innovative approach to eyewear retailing. The company was one of
the fi rst to introduce the concept of "Try Before You Buy" in India, allowing customers to try
on frames before making a purchase. Lenskart also uses advanced technology to
provide an accurate and personalized shopping experience for its customers,
with features such as 3D try-on and virtual frame recommendation. In addition to its online
presence, Lenskart has an extensive physical retail network, with over 700 stores across 175
cities in India. The company has also expanded internationally, with stores in Singapore and
the Middle East. Lenskart has won several awards and accolades for its innovative approach
to retailing, including being named the "Most Admired Retailer of the Year" in 2020.[2]

2.2 Vision Glasses Optical Store in Surabaya

Vision Glasses is a Surabaya-based eyewear shop selling high-quality, affordable glasses,

lenses, and eyewear accessories. This thesis intends to discuss the existing managerial issue
in Vision Glasses, namely work performance. This research employs theory of constraints
and the theory of work procedure. After collecting the data from the owner and employees
of Vision Glasses, the writer discovers that Vision Glasses needs to apply a work procedure
which contains rules or guidelines such as the policy, customer-service ethics, and division
instructions for the employees and as a guideline for the company to discipline the
employees or deal with internal conflict.[3]
2.3 Warby Parker
Initially, this application was created for users to choose and buy eyeglasses, sunglasses, and
contacts. But later the developers added an AI-driven function, called Virtual Try-On. It uses
AR to show how a certain model of glasses will look on your face in real-time. What’s more,
you’ll see the reflection not in the one plane unlike in a photo. It allows you to move your
head up, down, or side to side while keeping glasses in the right place as if you’re wearing
them in reality.

To proceed, you should open the Glasses by Warby Parker app and choose the desired
model. If the model is available, you’ll see a notification that you can try it on virtually. Due
to the TrueDepth front-facing camera, this try on glasses app can define the size and shape
of your face to accurately apply glasses. This option supports new models of iPhone from
iPhone X and iPad Pros since they include TrueDepth front-facing cameras.

If you like a certain model, press the Home Try-On button. Once done, the company will
send you up to five pairs for a real-life try-on. Otherwise, if you’ve found the exact model,
you can buy it directly from the app.[4]

2.4 Glasses Camera

This app works great for choosing the right pair of glasses from a wide range of models for
better vision. You can see glasses of the same color but different shapes as well as
fashionable glasses & sunglasses of different styles. If you just want to take a picture while
trying on glasses, the app allows you to keep shots and post them on social media.

It’s also useful if you want to save several images with different glasses models on to
compare them after and choose the best match. This try on glasses app includes various
tools for zooming, flipping, and rotating pictures.

Along with high-quality images, the app offers various effects. This filters app allows altering
brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness to help you enhance your pictures. What’s
more, you can choose the matching hairstyle to look stylish in photos.[4]
2.5 GlassOn
GlassOn is an application that allows users to try on several types of frames by type and
shape in real-time. Due to the integrated AR technology, this virtual try on glasses app
delivers you an experience close to life. You can try on various models of glasses, and
customize them if necessary, to find the best eyewear for your face shape. What’s more, you
can take a picture in the desired glasses and share it via the most common SNS channels.

You don’t need to pay or register, just give access to your camera to proceed. The
developers created a website where they offer improvements if another company wants to
introduce this technology into its structure. They have an online store and a web version.[4]

2.6 Ideofit
Verdict: Ideofit is a try on glasses app that lets you try on glasses of different shapes in the
comfort of your home. You can try the accessory, choose the one that works best for you,
and buy it in the store. The software can find glasses that match your face type. You don’t
need to scan your face, just put the phone in front of you, and here it goes. The application
offers various frames for your face to choose the right one based on your preferences.

Place the smartphone with glasses on the proper level and take a picture. Once done, you
can send it to your friends to know their opinion about a certain model of glasses. You can
try any pair offered in the app and apply different filters. If you like a certain model, you can
head to Amazon to make an order. It also allows you to find glasses by famed brands such as
Gucci, Prada, Versace, etc. Due to the implemented AR technology, the app helps you
choose the right glasses accurately based on your face. Ideofit stands out with a friendly
interface and fast access to the store.[4]

optical administrator. This system is a software application. This system contains of
modules which are registration and login, inventory management, transaction
management, and financial. The system will develop by using Android and Firebase ad
SQLite .

3. Methodology
3.1 Data Design Terms:

Data objects: A data object is a thing about which you want to store information. It has independent
existence and can be uniquely identified. The following data objects are derived for the system.

1. Customer
2. Order
3. Product
4. Invoice
5. Category

The following relationships are identified for the system.

For instance let us take the objects CUSTOMER, CATEGORY, PRODUCT, ORDER, BILL the following
relationships are identified.

i. Customer “places” an Order.

ii. Order “contains” Product.

iii. Product “dispatched to” Customer. The relationships between the remaining entities are as
follows

iv. Customer “receives” Invoice.

v. Invoice “has” Product
