HOLIDAY HOMEWORK
GRADE 3
Case Study:
"Hi! I’m Aarav. During the holidays, I went on a trip to Coorg with my parents and little
sister. We travelled by car from Bengaluru. The roads curved through tall green hills. We
saw coffee plantations, waterfalls, and monkeys swinging on trees! I helped my dad follow
the map and spotted milestones showing the distance to Coorg. At our homestay, I collected
leaves of different shapes and clicked bird pictures. We visited a spice garden where I
learned how cardamom and pepper grow. I also helped Amma count bags and packed a
first-aid kit before leaving. We followed traffic signs, ate local food, and had a bonfire night.
I’ll never forget this journey!"
Now, I want to know about your trip — a real one or even one you dream to take. Let’s
discover it through fun activities across all subjects!"
