IWI Burial Funds and Administrators offers burial society and funeral assistance plans through:

* South Africa Burial Society (Non-Muslim services )

* Tazkiya Burial Society (Muslim services )

Both are underwritten by AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society.

Digital payment services are provided via Epayments, a registered brand of IWIFI TEC HKOM PTY LTD.

2. Eligibilit y

You must be 18 years or older to use our services, or be legally represented by a parent or guardian.

3. Service Use

You agree to use our platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not:

* Interfere with the security or operation of the platfor m

4. Payment and Transactions

All payment transactions are securely processed via Epayments. IWIFI TEC HKOM PTY LTD is not liable for errors arising from incorrect user input during payment.

5. Policy and Administration

IWIFI TEC HKOM PTY LTD is the Holding Company, and IWI Burial Fund Administrators facilitates administration and provides Shariah Compliant and Non-Muslim Burial Benefits and/or Cover.

6. Intellectual Propert y

All trademarks, content, software, and logos — including IWI, Epayments, and Tazkiya — are the exclusive property of IWIFI TEC HKOM PTY LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
