The Lion and The Moon
The Lion and The Moon
Once, in a quiet corner of the earth, a lion ruled not just with strength, but with silence. He didn’t
roar much, didn’t fight unnecessarily. He would climb the tallest hill every night and stare at the
moon.
Years ago, when the lion was just a cub, he got lost during a stormy night. He was cold, afraid, and
alone. No one came looking. But the moon — the moon shone brightly above, following him through
the dark forest, lighting his path until he found his way home.
From that night, the lion believed the moon was his silent guardian — his friend in the sky.
As he grew older, he would climb up and sit in silence, just looking at her. He never said a word, but
in his heart, he would whisper:
"Thank you for being there, even when no one else was."
That night, for the first time, the moon seemed to shine even brighter — almost smiling.
And though the jungle knew the lion as the strongest beast, the moon knew him as something even
greater — a soul with gratitude, and a heart full of quiet love.
Real strength is not always loud. Sometimes, it’s in quiet loyalty, soft gratitude, and the ability to
feel deeply.
