This course provides an in-depth examination of how businesses can leverage analytics strategically and tactically. Students will
explore frameworks for integrating AI, data science, and machine learning into organizational decision-making processes.
Through case studies, peer-reviewed research, and contemporary literature, students will learn how to lead and manage data-
driven initiatives. Topics include cultivating an analytics culture, aligning analytics with organizational strategy, governance and
ethics, evaluating ROI on analytics investments, and overseeing cross-functional analytics teams.
