Q4. Convert the following products into factorial :

(i) (n+1)(n+2)(n+3)….2n (ii) 1.3.5.7.9…….(2n-1).

Q5. How many numbers greater than 1000 , but not greater than 4000 can be formed with the digits 0,1,2,3,4 if :

(i) repetition of digit is allowed . (ii) repetition of digit is not allowed .

Q6. In how many ways can the following prizes be given away to a class of 30 students, first and second in
mathematics, first and second in physics, first in chemistry and first in English.?

Q7. In how many ways can 5 letters be posted in 4 letter boxes.?

Q8. How many numbers are there in between 100 and 1000 such that at least one of their digits is 7?

Q9. By using the digits 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 (repetition of digit is not allowed) numbers are formed by using any number of

time such that a = 182 bc, find the value of x.
