Product Summary and New Characters
A. Product summary

(1) Computer programmable controller

The appearance of the computer programmable controller is sealed by
polyurethane. Led is enclosed by insulation tube so as to prevent moisture.
Computer board assembly place at control panel seat is enclosed to avoid water
splash. At operation area of the front control panel, control panel film is pasted to
the surface.

(2) Structure of the top lid

Top lid employs folded type. When the top is open, the necessary height is
reduced.

(3) Power transmission system

At washing operation, the motion of motor 1 is transmitted to driving gear 5

through driving gear 2 and pulley 3. At the same time, ratchet wheel 7 is braked
by paw 8 under spring action. Motion is transmitted to center wheel 9 and speed
is decreased by planetary reduction gear composed by center wheel 9. Planet
wheel 10, spin shaft 4 (inner gear), motion is transmitted to binder 10. Binder 10
is integrated with agitator 12 through spin shaft. Agitator 12 moves with the
normal reverse rotation of motor 1.

At spin operation, motion of motor 1 is transmitted to driving gear 5 through

driving gear 2 and pulley 3. At the same time, under the action of the puller, paw
8 disengages with ratchet wheel 7 and twisting spring wraps at the lower part of
spin shaft 4. Spin shaft and spin tub is firmly connected. V-belt 3 reduces motion
of motor 1, spin shaft 13 is driven by spin shaft 4 and spin operation is
connected.

(4) "Waterfall" channel system

At the drum, there are three high water channels and one low channel. During
washing, water in the tub injected continuously from water channels under the

8
action of the agitator at the bottom of the drum. Three high and one low water
falls are formed and clothes are washed. At the same time, water in the drum
flows to external tub through tiny holes at the drum.
At the outlet of high waterfall just above the low outlet, there is a thread chip filter
to collect thread chip.

(5) Vibration damping system

When assembling hanger rod to motor side (1piece), please note that its spring is
different from that of other binders (3pieces). Spring for motor side hanger rod is
yellow in color and the others are white.

B. New Characters
(1) Spiral hurricane water flow, Full water washing
Agitator structure of this surface is special. The design of the rotation/stop ratio is
reasonable. At washing process, the generated hurricane water flow makes
clothes separate and gather regularly thus wrapping together is prevented. Under
the action of the agitator force, water flow ejects from high and low places
everywhere and full hurricane washing is conducted. Water flow strength is
accelerated. It also has flashing effect to clothes and makes washing well.

(2) 10 minutes (clothes amount is less than 6.6lb) quick washing

10 water level selection
For light dirty clothes, please select quick washing. From washing, rinsing to spin
6.6lb, this process cost about 10 minutes. (Carpet, jeans etc that are strong for
water absorption and large clothes cannot be washed with this process)

This washer provides you 10 water-level selections with the minimum of 23L
(water level 1). It supplies suitable water level even for 0lb-1.5lb clothes, which is
convenient for washing little amount of clothes with 2/3 water consumption
compared with other capacity washers. This washer is saving.

(3) Spraying and rinsing

For washed and spun clothes, the washer will rotate at low speed, while water is
filling so that clothes tightly close to drum wall can get waterlogged after
spraying, then the washer will spin at high speed to get rid of remaining detergent
with the drain of water. In this process, 2/3 water is saved compared with water
storage rinsing and it also saves time.

9
(4) Two-level spin drum, Water and detergent saving and Anti-wear
There are two level spin holes at the stainless steel drum. Bigger holes at the
upper part of the drum for the convenience of water circulation and tiny holes at
the lower part of the drum, which are fine, produced and can prevent clothes
wearing. On the other hand, water level is increased and detergent can be saved

(5) Night washing process

Low noise night washing is specially added so that silence will not be broken as
much as possible. Combining this process with reservation washing brings you
much convenience.

(6) Cool and warm process

Cool and warm process has been specially added to this washer. According to
water temperature, washing time is selected automatically, which also saves
time.
