Product Summary and New Characters
A. Product summary

action of the agitator at the bottom of the drum. Three high and one low water
falls are formed and clothes are washed. At the same time, water in the drum
flows to external tub through tiny holes at the drum.
At the outlet of high waterfall just above the low outlet, there is a thread chip filter
to collect thread chip.
B. New Characters
(1) Spiral hurricane water flow, Full water washing
Agitator structure of this surface is special. The design of the rotation/stop ratio is
reasonable. At washing process, the generated hurricane water flow makes
clothes separate and gather regularly thus wrapping together is prevented. Under
the action of the agitator force, water flow ejects from high and low places
everywhere and full hurricane washing is conducted. Water flow strength is
accelerated. It also has flashing effect to clothes and makes washing well.
This washer provides you 10 water-level selections with the minimum of 23L
(water level 1). It supplies suitable water level even for 0lb-1.5lb clothes, which is
convenient for washing little amount of clothes with 2/3 water consumption
compared with other capacity washers. This washer is saving.
9
(4) Two-level spin drum, Water and detergent saving and Anti-wear
There are two level spin holes at the stainless steel drum. Bigger holes at the
upper part of the drum for the convenience of water circulation and tiny holes at
the lower part of the drum, which are fine, produced and can prevent clothes
wearing. On the other hand, water level is increased and detergent can be saved

Note: 1. It is the time from drainage start to water drop to reset level. D, D1 are
water inlet level.
If t > 0, T= t+60s
If t =0, T=10s
# Water flow is determined by water level.
2. Capacity: High (7.7-15.4lb) Middle (3.3-7.7lb) Low (0-0.3lb)
3. After quick washing process is selected, water level is set to level two
automatically and cannot be changed. When water inlet level is completed,
indicated water level is 4
4. During spin process (interval spin, spin initial spin), top lid open puller must be
cut off power supply and braked.
13
5. At washing process (except quick washing), course and process can change
over, after getting into the rinsing and spinning procedures, status and process
cannot change.
6. Interval spin motor ON5, OFF5 spin process motor 2.5ON (Ue). 2° OFF
(0.25Ue).

Key points for Adjustment, Assembly and
Disassembly
Please assemble and adjust the washer according to the instruction manual.
It is important for user's safety and proper use of the washer.
15
Adjustment of the installation position
The maximum tilting angle
of washer porting floor is
2°. Gradiant or uneven floor
will cause the running of
washer not smooth,
methods of adjustment are
as follows:
Level determination
If the bubble of level meter
is within the standard circle,
that means the washer is in
level: otherwise, adjust the
supporting foot of the
washer
16
3. Lay the external
drainage tube, turn the nut
counterclockwise to
remove drainage tube as
shown in figure 1. Remove
bracket and put drainage
tube to the inside of washer
casing as shown in figure
2.
4. Remove the protection
cover or drainage outlet at
the other side as shown in
figure 3.
7. Assemble bottom plate, (method as stated above.). Stand up the washer gently.
Then assemble the back cover.
17
Connection between filling water tube connector and water tap
1. Hold the lower part of the locking lever and push down the slider, remove
connector from water inlet tube as shown in figure 1.
2. Loosen the four screws so that the water inlet tube can be connected to the water
tap. Connect the water inlet tube to the water tube as shown in figure 2. If the
diameter of the water tap is too big and water inlet cannot be connected to water
tap, loosen the 4 screws and remove the bush as shown in figure 3.
3.Tighten the 4 screws on the water inlet tube connector as shown in figure 4.
4. Remove the marking label and tighten the nut towards arrow direction, refer to
figure 5.
Note: Before tightening the nut, the exposed thread is 0.1inch. After tightening, the
exposed thread is less than 0.07inch. Refer to figure 6.
18
Connection between connector and water inlet tube
1. Push down the slider and insert the water inlet tube to the connector.
2. Couple the locking lever with water inlet tube connector and push down the
slider till "click sounds.
Check the Connection between water inlet tube and water tub
1. Draw water inlet tube lightly to confirm water inlet tube is tightly fixed.
2. After connection, open the tap and check if there is water leakage.
3. Each time before using the washer, check if the connection between water
inlet tube and water tap is firm. If the assembling of the water inlet tube is firm, be
sure it will not drop off.
19
Key points to disassembly
Notice to maintenance
(1) General
When inserting connection of conducting wire be sure to put the insert to the end
and that will not be easy to pull out.
If welding is needed, be sure that the wire cannot touch plastics or other
insulation area.
When making connection, conducting wire cannot touch the movable parts such
as the belt heat-radiating pulley, hanging lamp etc and acute or high temperature
parts. Connect and fix the same to original status.
Open the back cover, remove three wire clips (used to fix internal connecting
wire), which are fixed on the case, thus the internal wires, can be made lose.
Remove two screws which are used to fix front control panel, push the front
control panel to the left (look from front) about 0.3inch, then take away the front
control panel from it's seat.
20
Remove two screws (back front), which are used to fix control panel seat, lift the
rear up to uncouple, move the front control panel a little to the front and then lift
backwards.
Warning: If the seat is lifted up suddenly, parts will get deformation; loose of
joining part of water level sensor pressure guide tube broken or air leakage.
Control panel seat should be kept in hand and cannot be laid down.
Computer board is mounted at front control panel, when changing it or the wire 5
screws fixing the computer board should be removed first.
When removing the back control panel, pry the notch at two sides using a screw
driver with cushion under it, so that the connection block can get uncouple, then
tap the bottom. Connection wires inside the control panel should be fixed to their
original positions without touching acute and movable parts.
Computer programmable controller has very narrow space, please handle with
care and do not let wires crowd between front panel and panel seat.
When assembling front control panel, align the paw to the notch in pane seat and
then push down.
Pay attention not to break the paw. Push panel board to the right (look from front
to back) to position.
After you loosen two bolts, the motor can be removed. When adjusting belt
tension, loosen the bolts and the motor can be moved left and right.
After you loosen the screws, the drainage motor can be removed. At times,
remove drainage motor from connecting arm.
Before removing drainage valve, loosen the screws first. Then turn tightly the
joining part of drainage tube, overflow tube and external tub, make it loose and
then drainage valve can be removed.
When removing drum from external tub, please remove cover of the external tub
first, then the agitator and drum. When removing the drum please handle with
care.
21
Notice of assembly
When assembling drainage valve, put some 801 glue to the connection places
between drainage valve and external tub, overflow tube and drainage tube, to
make sure there is no water leakage at drainage valve.
Pay attention and don’t scratch the casing, otherwise washer aesthetic will be
affected. When tightening screws, tighten them firmly.
