1. Sysadmin should strictly stay with Onshore team.

Please add it to offshore


team on need by basis – profile option setup, DFF etc. Remove sysadmin,
application developer once the work is done. This is to minimize the risk of
someone creating wrong setups.
2. Do not share passwords between onsite and offshore. We don’t want a
situation where offshore uses onsite id, performs some wrong setup.
3. Strictly no data creation, no transactions in the system. Please have a call
with your offshore counterparts and sensitize them.
4. Sesha – do not open any accounting periods until we reach open transaction
cutover on June 29th
5. Contact Rohit if you need your password reset
6. Proceed with production instance delta setups as you receive BR100
approvals.
7. Production instance requires TNS entries to be added in your local machine.
