academic year 2023-24.
Further to your application for internship with our Company and the subsequent selection process, we
are pleased to offer you place in our Company as an “Intern”, which is a part of your college project for
five months starting from 05‐Feb‐2024 to 30-Jun-2024 on the terms and conditions as specified
set out below in this Letter and on a monthly stipend of ₹ 10,000/- , payable at the end of every month.
This letter is issued on the understanding that all the information given by you in the application during
the interview or data provided prior to and/or at the time of interview is true.
Please note that the offer of employment given to you on 25-Oct-2023 is conditional to: a) you
completing the internship program to the satisfaction of the Company; and b) you being able to show
that you possess the performance standard and aptitude expected by the Company. The Company
reserves the right to withdraw this offer anytime during your internship program with or without any
reason.
You will not discuss, divulge or communicate to any person or persons any information of a confidential
nature relating to the business of the Company or its client/customers or to the method, assets, and set‐
up used by them or relating to the prices paid by or charged from the vendors of the Company or
client/customer. You will not copy, inform, email, electronic transfer, or carry physically any files, codes,
storage media, office assets, projects, documents, plans, drawings, prints, trade secrets, technical
information, reports, statements, correspondence, written or unwritten information and any other
belongings of the Company outside the office in any format or circumstances at any time unless
informed by the Company and that all such intellectual properties belong to the Company. In case of
divulgence by you of any of the information of the Company, you will be terminated without notice and
compensation. You will be liable to legal action.

2.3 Plan
Initial Plan Outline:
The initial plan devised to achieve the internship objectives consisted of
two main phases: a three-week training period followed by practical work
on client cases. The timeline for the training phase was set from February
5th to February 23rd, allowing ample time for comprehensive learning and
skill development. Subsequently, the practical work phase was scheduled
to commence from February 26th and continue until the end of June. This
phase involved working on one or two client cases per day, enabling hands-
on application of the skills acquired during the training period.
Methodologies and Resources:
1. Training Phase (February 5th - February 23rd):
• Utilization of online learning platforms, tutorials, and training
materials to cover fundamental concepts of SQL application
support.
• Participation in interactive workshops and practical exercises to
reinforce theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills.
• Access to mentorship and guidance from senior team members
to clarify doubts and provide additional support as needed.
2. Practical Work Phase (February 26th - End of June):
• Utilization of company resources, including software systems,
databases, and documentation, to troubleshoot client cases
effectively.
