Note on daily work status:

1. Machine working environment:


1.1 Place the machine and computer; the computer is on the right side of the machine;
1.2. Allow enough space for loading printed materials and printed images
1.3. The working environment requires clean and dust-free, the temperature is
constant from 20 °C to 28 °C; the air humidity is controlled between 45% and 75%.
1.4. The floor should be easy to clean and free of dust and static electricity, and the
machine ground wire should be connected.
1.5. The power supply uses 220V, 50HZ (110v to 220v transformer) single-phase AC,
the maximum power consumption is 2000 W
1.6. The AC power supply must have a separate circuit breaker, and the grounding of
the circuit should be isolated from other equipment.
The power supply should be stable and constant, and the regulator device should be
installed conditionally.

2. Normal use
2.1. Start printing the test nozzle and keep it in good condition. The state is broken,
click on the automatic cleaning until it is good.
2.2. The surface of the printed items should be flat, and the groove and convex errors
should not be greater than 5MM.
2.3. Fix the printed product and do not shake during the printing process.
2.4. Measuring height, the highest surface of the product and the print head distance is
about 3MM.
2.5. The printer needs to do an automatic cleaning for 2-3 hours of continuous
operation.
2.6. An accident occurred during the printing process, such as: the print head hit the
product. The machine has fault noise, short circuit and smoke. Press the emergency
stop button immediately
2.7. The end of the day of work. Print a test strip and check the status. Turn off all
power.
2.8. Check if the print head is reset. The ink station is in a moisturized state in contact
with the print head. Whether the blade is offset or worn.
2.9. The printer works for a week and wipes the strips with alcohol. Lubrication of
rails (depending on frequency of use)
2.10. Print a white background at least once a day to see if the white color is intact.
And turn on the white stirring switch to prevent precipitation
2.11. The printhead being used should be thoroughly cleaned regularly.
Note when not working or taking long vacations:
(1) Not working for a short time
Start cleaning and printhead detection every 3-4 days to print small size pictures.
Both white ink and color ink need to be printed to ensure that the nozzle is unblocked.
After printing, inject cleaning solution or moisturizing liquid into the cap top to keep
the printhead moist. If the print is broken or the ink is broken after cleaned several
times, it needs to be performed by the holiday methods.
(2) Long vacation does not work
1. Drain the ink from the ink tube and clean the ink tube with cleaning solution liquid.
2. First boot the car to the top of the printing platform.
3. Gently pull the ink bag (ink cartridge) out of the printhead;
4. Place an empty cup directly under the nozzle to receive the cleaning solution.
5. Connect the hose with a syringe (small syringe), take a proper amount of “printhead
cleaning solution”, insert the hose lightly into the ink needle of the printhead, and
gently hold the hose with your hand to prevent the software from loosening during the
cleaning process.
6. Lightly press the syringe, inject the washing liquid into the printhead for cleaning,
clean all the ink in the printhead, and then use the syringe to inject air to clean the
residual cleaning liquid inside the printhead. (Note the excess liquid on the ink needle,
use a paper towel to suck away, do not allow liquid to flow to the interface of the
printhead data line)
7. Clean the cap top with alcohol so that the cap top has no residual ink.
8. Move the ink cart to the far right (starting point) of the machine, cover the machine
with a black cloth or dust cover.
9. After the holiday, rinse the moisturizer with the cleaning solution and then install
the ink.

Ink, machine, printhead notes:


Keep the ink away from light and place in a dark, ventilated place. The opened ink
needs to be used up within six months. Before adding the ink, shake the ink bottle first.
The unopened ink needs to shake the ink bottle intermittently to prevent the ink from
standing for a long time. The general ink life is 10-12 months, solvent-based ink 2
years. Customers buy ink based on their production volume to prevent unnecessary
waste.
Try not to mix different brands of ink, such as special circumstances need to clean the
pipeline and replace the ink cartridge, rinse the printhead.

The machine grating and the grating decoder are wiped with alcohol, the trolley guide
rails, and the platform rails used with anti-rust oil after cleaning; put dust-free paper
or clean paper towel at the printhead cable interface end to prevent moisture; Dust,
rodent, insect and fire prevention work during the holidays.
Printhead notes:
1. Be careful not to touch any hard objects when printing. Remember to adjust the
best print height (3-4mm) before printing.

2. When installing, the printhead socket must be aligned and cannot be hard-inserted.
If the pinhole is badly inserted, the printhead will not work properly.

3. the printhead socket can not enter the ink, cleaning fluid, etc., the contaminated
plug can be cleaned with alcohol.

4. the printhead must be used to maintain a good heat dissipation environment,


otherwise the printhead circuit is easy to damage.

5. Static will damage the circuit part of the printhead. When operating the printhead or
touching the printhead, the operator must eliminate the static factor.

6. If there is a disconnection during printing, you must pause printing and cleaning the
printhead. If the printhead is clogged, the printhead can be cleaned with cleaning
solution, and then suck the ink out. Note: The clogging of the printhead will cause
chromatic aberration after cleaning.

7. using the flash and cleaning function provided by the software program, it can
guarantee that the nozzles of all colors will be timed inkjet when printing.

8. After the printing is finished, ensure that the printhead returns to the starting point
and combine with the sealing device, keep the sealing surface of the printhead moist.

9. Cleaning printhead should use special cleaning liquid.
