1. Commencement

4. Remuneration

4.1 The employees wage shall be paid in cash /cheque on the date mutually agreed at PKR……
the time of appointment

4.2 The employee shall be provided an incentive on religious festival (Eid /Christmas PKR……
etc) equal to 1 month salary once a year

4.3 The employee shall be entitled to allowances as mutually agreed and


applicable(Accommodation, transport facilitation, or cost of transportation
as mutually agreed.
4.4 Annual increment 10 percent of the total wage of the month

5. Hours of work/
work/ leave

5.1 The hours agreed mutually shall not exceed 8 hours a day, with a day off, and over time to be
compensated as per mutual agreement.

5.2 The employees will be entitled to 8 days of sick leave in a calendar year. All other leaves will
be treated as per mutual agreement between the parties.

6. Termination /separation of employment

Either party can terminate this agreement with one-week notice /pay in lieu of .
