Scrolling, swiping, in a never-ending flow,
Caught in a cycle, we can't seem to outgrow.

The addiction grips us with invisible chains,


As we trade our time for digital gains.
Hours slip by like grains of sand,
As we immerse ourselves in the palm of our hand.

Yet behind the exterior of likes and shares,


Lies a yearning for connection that no screen compares.
We crave the validation, the sense of belonging,
But find ourselves adrift, our hearts silently longing.

We sacrifice moments of real-world grace,


For the momentary pleasure of a virtual embrace.
Caught in a cycle of comparison and despair,
We forget the beauty that's always been there.
We measure our worth in pixels and posts,
But deep down, we know there's something we've lost.
The laughter of friends, the touch of a hand,
Lost in the haze of the digital land.
But amidst the chaos, there's a shine of light,
A chance to break free and reclaim what's right.
To unplug, unwind, and reconnect,

So let's take a step back, breathe in the air,
