Following details of the fee structure of Indian and Foreign Nationals as under:

(i) FEE STRUCTURE FOR INDIAN NATIONALS (TO BE ONE TIME SUBMITTED)
The fee structure comprises Registration Fee, Security Fee, Library Fee, Sports Fee, Examination Fee and Academic Fee applicable to
National and International Students of the University. The details of the fee structure of Indian Nationals are comprises three
components Table A, B and C. Refer Table A, B and C as under:

C. Hostel and Mess Charges per Academic year

(ii) FEE STRUCTURE FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS


The fee structure shall be decided or may be revised by the competent authority of the University from time to time. Academic
fee and Hostel fees are same for the foreign Nationals from SAARC and ASEAN Nations and India Nationals. In addition to the
above academic fees as mentioned above in Point 2.0-Table B.

A separate Registration fee will be charged from Inter- national Students which is as under:

i. Foreign Nationals of SAARC and ASEAN Countries: One time registration fee of US $ 500 (or equivalent in Indian Currency as per
the prevailing exchange rate) for Non-Technical and/or Non-Professional Programmes of all the Schools, as the case may be.
Whereas, US $ 1000 (or equivalent in Indian Currency as per the prevailing exchange rate) for Technical and/or
Professional Programmes of all the Schools, as the case may be.

ii. International Students of other than SAARC and ASEAN Countries: One time registration fee of US$ 700 (or equivalent in
Indian Currency as per the prevailing exchange rate) for Non-Technical and/or Non-Professional Programmes of all the
Schools, as the case may be. Whereas, US $ 1500 (or equivalent in Indian Currency as per the prevailing exchange rate)
for Technical and/or Professional Programmes of all the Schools, as the case may be.

iii. One time registration fee of US $ 200 for Diploma/ Certificate programmes from Foreign Nationals of SAARC and ASEAN
Countries and US $ 400 for Diploma/ Certificate programmes from foreign nationals of other than SAARC and ASEAN
Countries.

Note:

1. Academic Fee will be charged semester-wise.


2. Relaxation to SC/ST candidates in the fee is as per Uttar Pradesh government norms/rules.
3. Registration fee is a one time non-refundable fee, and not a part of academic fee. It will be compulsory for all
Courses/Programmes. This fee is non-refundable.
4. In case, a newly admitted candidate applies for change or switchover to another programme, she/he may not have to
deposit registration fee again. However, this flexibility of registration fee is permissible once only.
5. Security Fee (Caution Money) of Rupees Ten Thousand only will be charged for all Courses/Programmes. This is
refundable after submission of no dues certificate from all Departments through the Dean of the school. Security Fee
(Caution Money) is not applicable to Foreign/International Students.
6. 1st and 2nd Year students may be allotted double seated rooms if single-seated rooms are not available. It would be
an exclusive prerogative of the University to allocate a kind of room (Single and Double seated room). He/she shall be
charged according to the room allotted. Students shall reside outside the University campus till the rooms are ALLOTTED.
(In case hostels are to be repaired/refurbished). However, as and when the room/s is/are available, students will have
to shift in the hostel accommodation of the University. The university is a residential university, wherein its Act prescribes
for residing in the hostel. So, the students shall have to stay in the hostel by paying the hostel & mess fees.
7. Hostel exemption would not ordinarily be allowed. Only in exceptional circumstances can it be allowed on a case to case
basis by the competent authority. However, exemption will be granted for married students or having any chronic
ailment requiring regular therapy with ongoing hospitalization, continuously or intermittently. Such candidates may
submit their application in the office of student affairs (forwarded by concerned Dean of school) within 15 days from
the date of admission closing. No hostel and/or mess exemption application will be considered after due date. The
exemption application applications are proceeded session wise. During the internship the student exemption is given for
mess charges, when a student is ongoing for an internship outside of the campus.
8. Meeting of the Committee suggested that M.Tech. GATE qualified students may be hired on assistantship at @ Rs.
15,000/- PM for the teaching load.
9. Information regarding assistantship of Gate Qualified field M.Tech students will be displayed on a Monthly/Quarterly
basis on the University website. Information to be incorporated in the admission brochure also.
10. Shortlisted Ph.D. candidates who are not getting fellowship from any organization may also be considered for teaching
load in the concerned school/s on merit basis.
11. The faculty members should promote admission in their concerned Department.
12. It has also been notified by the committee that the humanities programme will be designed with skill development
activities incorporated in the programme so that the programme helps promote student placements in the present
scenario.
13. Community college process may also be developed in the University.
14. University may design and develop multimedia and animation programmes for students in near future.
15.Fee would be liable to change from time to time, as determined by the Fee Review Committee.
16. In case of Lateral Entry programme, the fee will be applicable as per 1st semester norms
