Wefurther request your kind self that we wish to select the payment procedure as shown in the above
referred clause i.e The Employer shall pay 90% of such amount as provisional payment within 7 days
from the receipt of evaluated statement from the Engineer.

Please arrange to make the payment against our IPC-I (RA Bill -01) along with the Price Escalation
bill 'at the earliest and oblige.
